The Tae E. Lee Orleans Taekwondo School offers the Tae E. Lee Taekwondo curriculum based on the Olympic WTF style of Taekwondo in Ottawa's east end. We specialize in providing a fun, challenging, and innovative program to improve the mind and body.
The school offers a variety of fitness classes and services based on the Tae E. Lee Taekwondo program and is operated by Mr. Lionel Gibson (3rd Dan Black Belt) with a team of black belt instructors, certified fitness teachers, and administrative staff.
The school began as a City of Ottawa recreational program in Orleans in the late 1990's and has been operating continously for more than a decade.
