Always

• Be careful.
• Be polite.
• Be clean, both body and clothes.
• Respect others.
• Call higher belts and adults - Sir, Mr., Mrs., Miss, or Ms.
• Bow when entering the practice room and at the beginning of class.
• Bow before exercising or practicing with a partner.
• Be willing to learn.
• Show up to class regularly and on time.
• Be proud of yourself.
• Listen carefully.

Never

• Use Taekwondo outside of the practice room.
• Start fighting.
• Horseplay during practice.
• Try to hurt someone else.
• Come to class with a dirty uniform.
• Compare yourself to others.
• Make fun of other's mistakes or problems.
• Talk out of turn.
• Interfere with the rights of others
